Foods to banish from your athletic diet:
Just say no at the concession stand
hot dog on roll
hamburger patty on roll
deli/lunch meat sandwiches, hoagies
nachos with the orange pseudo cheese
candy
soda
pizza

Better choices (still not best, but if you have to….)
pasta salad
fruit
bagels
soft pretzel
water
Gatorade
